About ZexusPro
ZexusPro is a structured marketplace connecting Clients with Professionals and Service Providers across Real Estate, Construction, Automobile and Heavy Equipment, and Marine in Nigeria. We are building a better way for people to find credible service providers, agree clear terms, complete work, and handle payment with greater confidence.
Why ZexusPro exists
Zexus began with a simple idea: connecting people. The name comes from nexus, meaning a connection, link, or meeting point. We replaced the "N" with a "Z" to create Zexus. The idea began in 2015, and Zexus Services Limited was incorporated in 2022.
At first, Zexus operated as an offline intermediary, helping connect people who needed services with people who could provide them. Working across these sectors revealed a consistent challenge: many important transactions still depend on informal referrals, unverified claims, unclear agreements, and scattered records.
Clients can find it difficult to know who is genuinely qualified, capable, and reliable. Professionals can commit time, labour, materials, equipment, and expertise to a job, only to face unclear scope, delayed payment, or disputes after the work is done.

How we approach trust
Trust should be supported by evidence, not assumptions. ZexusPro includes identity verification and liveness checks during onboarding. These checks help confirm that a Professional is who they say they are. Where relevant, we also review submitted professional credentials with regulatory bodies, institutions, and professional associations. In some cases, ZexusPro may carry out physical, on-site checks at its discretion.
Verification does not guarantee the outcome of every transaction. However, it is designed to raise the standard of participation, reduce impersonation and false claims, and give users more confidence in the people they choose to engage.
How payment works
For eligible jobs, Clients fund agreed milestones before work begins. Payment is released when the agreed conditions are met.
Payments are processed through an automated, end-to-end transaction flow provided by Paystack, a CBN-licensed payment service provider. ZexusPro does not hold Client funds.
This approach is designed to give Clients greater confidence before work begins and to give Professionals clearer payment terms for work delivered.

Our founder
Austin Dulen founded ZexusPro after years of working across service transactions and developing a strong appreciation for trust, risk, accountability, and financial soundness.
His professional experience trained him to pay close attention to detail, ask relevant questions, identify exceptions, and assess whether records reflected reality. Those lessons continue to shape how ZexusPro approaches verification, documentation, governance, and dispute resolution.
Where we operate
ZexusPro is built to serve Clients, Professionals, and Service Providers across Nigeria. Initial operations will focus on Port Harcourt, with planned expansion to Lagos, Abuja, and other commercial centres as demand grow.
